Job Description:

Join our team as an Emergency Department RN supporting a crucial period of technological transition. This role focuses on preparing for the Epic go-live, requiring proficiency with Cerner and Epic EMR systems. You will be responsible for quickly assessing patient needs in a high-stakes environment, providing both direct and indirect care. A key part of your role involves rapidly triaging incoming patients to ensure those requiring urgent attention are prioritized efficiently. Prior to start, you'll need to self-study telemetry strips and pass a basic dysrhythmia test—think of it as your emergency gear check. This position offers a chance to refine your skills in a fast-paced setting with a unique focus on EMR support rather than traditional patient care roles.
