Job Description:

This contract position invites experienced Registered Nurses to step into a night shift role at a facility in Bakersfield, California. You'll work closely with nurse leaders to independently prescribe, delegate, and coordinate care for acutely ill patients. Expect to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate therapies—both physical and psychosocial—delivering targeted care that supports patient recovery. This role offers a chance to dive into complex cases, utilize critical thinking, and build trusting relationships with patients and their families.
