Job Description:

Join a specialized team providing critical care during overnight hours. This contract role involves managing acute and chronically ill cardiac and pulmonary patients in a hospital setting. You'll be responsible for performing comprehensive assessments upon patient admission, developing tailored care plans, and implementing a range of nursing interventions including medication administration, procedures, and patient education. The night shift offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team, ensuring patient safety and comfort through direct communication and collaboration. Your role is essential in coordinating care, documenting meticulously in EMR, and contributing to a safe and effective environment for both patients and staff. Job Specifics:

Location: Urbana, Illinois
Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
