Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Medical Surgical Oncology Registered Nurse in Bristol, Tennessee. This role involves providing specialized care to oncology patients in a hospital setting, working a consistent 36-hour weekly schedule on a 12-hour night shift from 18:30 to 07:00. The assignment features a 36/36 schedule with every other weekend off, and travelers will not administer chemotherapy but will be involved in patient assessments, documentation, and supporting the care team. Floating to other units when needed ensures a dynamic work experience, and you'll have opportunities to mentor nursing students as part of your shared clinical education responsibilities. Previous charge nurse experience and at least two years of relevant experience are preferred, and compliance must be completed prior to start.
