Job Description:

Join a reputable cardiac surgery team as an RN specializing in CVOR scrub and circulate roles. This position emphasizes hands-on participation in complex cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures, primarily focusing on scrubbing and circulating during surgeries such as coronary artery bypass, aortic aneurysm repair, valve replacements, and ECMO support. The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 5 years of recent experience in high-stakes cardiac cases, demonstrating multitasking abilities and critical thinking skills. You'll be actively involved in a fast-paced environment, with research protocols ongoing, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative procedures. Certifications such as BLS (AHA) are required, and CNOR is preferred. Call responsibilities and potential overtime are part of the role, with free on-site parking provided.
