Job Description:

This contract opportunity is perfect for experienced PCU Registered Nurses seeking a 12-hour night shift role at a well-regarded teaching hospital. You will be working in a 22-bed PCU unit with an average daily census of 20 adult and geriatric patients. Your responsibilities will include managing cases such as burns, plastic and reconstructive surgeries, urology, GYN, ENT, and oral/maxillofacial surgeries. Special procedures like burn dressings, flap checks, and leech therapy are also part of the day-to-day routine. Expect a mix of patient care and procedural responsibilities within a floating assignment, with occasional coverage on weekends. This role offers a chance to work with advanced systems like EPIC documentation and Pyxis medication system, and to contribute your expertise in a dynamic hospital setting.
