Job Description:

This travel nursing assignment places you in the fast-paced environment of a progressive medical center, working primarily in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) during night shifts. As a registered nurse on this 12-hour night schedule, you'll take the lead in managing patient care through starting IVs, administering medications, and closely monitoring vital signs and patient responses. You'll also have opportunities to educate patients on their treatments and self-care strategies, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure charting accuracy using the EPIC EMR system. Flexibility may be needed to float to lower acuity units, making this role both challenging and varied. This assignment offers a unique chance to sharpen clinical skills in a renowned facility while experiencing the rewarding quiet of night shift work.
