Job Description:

Join the team at Mercy Hospital Springfield as a Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse. In this role, you'll provide specialized direct patient care for critically ill children, managing complex cases including trauma, burn, neurosurgery, and respiratory conditions. You will work night shifts on a 12-hour schedule, ensuring continuous coverage and support for the unit’s 12 beds with patient ratios of 2:1 for ICU and 1:1 for intubated patients. This assignment offers an engaging opportunity to utilize your PICU expertise while collaborating with a dedicated team in a facility recognized for safety and excellence.
