Job Description:

Join a specialized team as a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for a contract assignment in Durham, North Carolina. This role involves providing care to patients transitioning from intensive care or requiring close monitoring, with shifts scheduled from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on a rotating night schedule. You'll work primarily during night shifts, with a mix of scheduled weekends and floating opportunities to different units. This assignment offers an engaging chance to apply your recent PCU and telemetry experience while working with state-of-the-art electronic charting systems like EPIC. The unique aspect of this role is the chance to be first to float to the Heart Center Surgical Department, offering a varied and enriching work experience.
