Job Description:

Join our team as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in Fort Wayne, where you'll support patients of all ages through a variety of therapeutic procedures. This role involves performing evaluations, adjusting care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to handle high-risk deliveries, including attending C-sections and assisting distressed newborns. You'll work with advanced respiratory equipment such as Servo ventilators, BIPAP (V-60, Vision), Airvo, MetNeb, and Neo-Tee, ensuring proper operation and maintenance. The environment leverages Epic EMR for charting, medication, and supply scanning, providing a seamless workflow.
