Job Description:

Join a fast-paced Med/Surg unit in Concord, North Carolina, where you'll be responsible for managing patients with conditions such as small bowel obstructions, post-surgical recoveries, kidney stones, bariatric procedures, and fractures. This 13-week contract involves 12-hour day shifts, giving you the chance to experience a shift structure that offers a balanced work schedule. You’ll work alongside a supportive team including charge nurses, resource nurses, and around-the-clock specialists, utilizing technologies like EPIC, Meds Dispensing, and remote telemetry monitoring. This assignment provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in advanced procedures like chest tube management, NG placement, wound care, and cardiac rhythm interpretation, all while working in a facility with a range of specialized centers including Trauma, Stroke, and Bariatric care.
