Job Description:

Join an esteemed Level 1 Trauma Center as an Interventional Radiology Technologist, where you'll be instrumental in supporting complex procedures on a busy and innovative team. In this role, you will scrub in and assist with a variety of neuro and body interventions, including stroke treatments, embolizations, thrombectomies, and biopsies. The department features eight specialized IR rooms and handles approximately 45-50 cases daily. You'll work alongside a dedicated group of neurosurgeons, neuro radiologists, and body physicians, providing technical support and ensuring smooth procedure flow. Expect a combination of scrub and circulating duties, managing operating equipment, supplying materials, and maintaining a sterile environment. This assignment offers a lively and educational environment, perfect for those eager to strengthen their IR expertise and contribute to life-saving interventions in a fast-paced academic setting.
