Job Description:

Join us as an occupational therapist at Carlsbad Medical Center, where you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. You'll perform evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement therapies focused on restoring function for individuals with diverse physical disabilities. This role offers a hands-on experience in a 99-bed acute care setting, with responsibilities including attending care plan meetings and participating in discharge planning. Expect to work primarily on days, with a consistent 8-hour shift from 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, plus one Saturday each month and holiday requirements. No floating or on-call duties—just engaging work in a supportive environment that values your expertise.
