Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract places you in the Medical Surgical unit of Southern TN Hospital, located at 185 Hospital Road in Winchester, TN. You'll work as a Registered Nurse in a Level II trauma facility that serves patients of all ages, with a patient ratio of approximately 1:6. The role involves providing comprehensive care for diverse diagnoses, supporting the hospital's busy 44-bed Medical Surgical unit. Expect to rotate through various clinical responsibilities, adhere to the Meditech electronic health record system, and maintain a professional presence on a team led by Director Andrea Jackson. Shifts are 12 hours during the day, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours for a duration of 13 weeks. All travelers must have the required certifications (ACLS, BLS, HWC), and at least two years of MedSurg experience is essential. This assignment offers a chance to work in a well-established facility with a proactive team in a supportive community setting.
