Job Description:

Join this specialized ICU assignment where you'll be immersed in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment focused on recovering fresh hearts directly from the OR. Your role involves managing complex cardiovascular patients—such as those post-TAVR, Impella, IABP, and other critical procedures—within a surgical, medical, and cardiac ICU setting. Expect to navigate advanced monitoring systems like Phillips central monitors, Draeger ventilators, and Hamilton G5 devices. This position requires hands-on experience with immediate post-operative care, including managing lumbar drains and hemodynamic support, making it a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for seasoned critical care professionals.
