Job Description:

Join this respiratory care contract where you'll evaluate and care for patients experiencing respiratory insufficiencies. Your responsibilities include assessing the appropriate treatment types and frequencies, developing personalized care plans based on diagnoses, and implementing and monitoring these plans along with necessary equipment. You'll be responsible for recording and communicating patient status, performing advanced respiratory modalities, and evaluating the effectiveness of treatments and medication administration. An essential part of the role is educating patients and their families about health conditions and available community support options. Be prepared to respond swiftly to emergency resuscitation team codes, ensuring optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced setting.
