Job Description:

Join a dedicated Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team on a travel contract that immerses you in high-quality, high-risk neonatal care. This role offers the chance to work with ventilated infants and those with central lines, requiring strong critical thinking and multitasking skills. You'll be part of a collaborative environment where nurses often float between the NICU, Mother-Baby, and Labor & Delivery units, providing newborn care in a variety of settings. Expect to utilize your expertise in neonatal vents and complex patient management while adhering to AWHONN/NANN guidelines. The assignment balances independence with team support, allowing you to make a real difference in the early lives of fragile newborns, all within a respectful and resource-rich hospital setting that emphasizes continuous learning and patient safety.
