Job Description:

Join our team as a Cardio Thoracic ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in Tyler, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to work night shifts, 12 hours each, in a specialized ICU setting that consistently cares for patients requiring advanced cardiac and thoracic support. You’ll be floating to cardiac stepdown units with similar acuity, providing critical interventions such as interpreting dysrhythmias, managing pulmonary artery lines, intra-aortic balloon pumps, and ventilated patients. This assignment is perfect for a nurse with at least two years of experience in cardiac critical care, familiar with Epic documentation and holding ACLS and BLS certifications. Expect to deliver specialized care in a fast-paced environment that challenges your expertise and rewards your dedication—with a touch of the thrill that comes from working on complex cardiac cases. The role requires scrub color of dark gray and previous charge experience, making your skills invaluable to the team.
