Job Description:

This temporary RN position as a Case Manager offers a chance to work in a prominent acute care hospital located in Anchorage, Alaska. You'll be primarily responsible for coordinating patient care, facilitating discharge planning, and ensuring smooth communication across multidisciplinary teams. The role requires familiarity with Epic electronic health records and acute care procedures. Expect to work daytime hours on a consistent 5-day week schedule, with every other weekend or four weekend days in a four-week cycle. The assignment combines clinical expertise with care coordination skills in a setting that values innovation and patient-centered care — but with a lively twist of Alaskan wilderness just a scenic drive away.
