Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract positions you in an Emergency Room (ER) setting where you'll be part of a fast-paced team responding to a variety of critical conditions. With at least two years of recent PCU experience or one year combined with TELE/ER/ICU work, you'll bring your expertise to handle a diverse patient load including cardiac, neuro, orthopedics, and other acute cases. The role includes working 12-hour day shifts, offering an engaging hands-on experience with rapid response RT services, which are available around the clock to support respiratory needs. You'll collaborate with monitor techs utilizing Spacelabs monitors, reading and documenting ECG strips, and supporting the imaging team with X-ray and CT procedures. This assignment provides a unique opportunity to strengthen your ER skills while working in a well-equipped environment that values quick response times and patient safety. The department has a department-specific orientation during the first week to help you hit the ground running.
