Job Description:

This travel nursing role involves providing dedicated care during overnight shifts in a hospital setting, working 12-hour nighttime shifts. As a registered nurse, you'll coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care with a focus on safety and compassion. The assignment offers a chance to develop your skills in medication administration, patient assessments, and implementing individualized care plans. Expect to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in ongoing evaluations, and educate patients and their families. Unique to this assignment is the floating requirement to serve as a sitter or in rotation, adding variety and a chance to broaden your experience within the unit.
