Job Description:

Join a dedicated nursing team in Weirton, WV, for a night shift as a registered nurse on a general medical-surgical unit. You'll focus on caring for adult patients with diagnoses such as post-op orthopedic procedures, urinary surgeries, and gastrointestinal conditions. The role involves performing routine patient care tasks like bathing, linen changes, vital sign monitoring, and documenting in the EMR. You'll assist with patient mobility, help manage wound vacs and PCA pumps, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment like CPaP and BiPAP machines. This assignment offers the chance to work alongside patient care technicians, charge nurses, and respiratory therapists, providing a well-rounded clinical experience in a supportive setting.
