This role is ideal for highly motivated critical care nurses who excel in fast-paced, high-acuity settings. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts in a unit that specializes in cardiothoracic surgery recovery and neuro/neurosurgery cases. The unit has recently expanded its expertise to include ECMO support during COVID-19 surges, offering a unique opportunity to gain experience in advanced life support techniques. Your responsibilities will include monitoring complex cardiovascular and neurological patients, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver precise, life-saving care.
