Job Description:

Join our team as a dedicated RN in a 28-bed Oncology and Trauma PCU, where you'll experience a blend of challenging cases and meaningful patient interactions. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to work on a mixed unit, managing oncology and trauma patients with a typical patient load of 4-5 per nurse. The role involves administering chemotherapy, managing titratable drips like insulin and Cardizem, and utilizing ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring equipment. With two days of orientation, you'll quickly get acclimated to the unit's protocols and EMR system. The 12-hour night shifts provide a steady rhythm, allowing you time for rest and reflection between duties. This assignment is ideal for RNs ready to make a difference in a fast-paced, diverse environment where teamwork and compassion are the foundation of care.
