Job Description:

Join a specialized NICU assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina, where you'll provide high-level neonatal care in a busy Level 3 and Level 4 environment. The role involves working 12-hour day shifts, with a focus on managing critically ill newborns across a variety of complex diagnoses such as respiratory distress syndromes, congenital heart defects, seizures, NEC, and other neonatal emergencies. Expect to administer advanced therapies, manage invasive lines, ventilators, and sedation protocols, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, respiratory therapists, and unit staff.
