Job Description:

This RN role places you in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment focusing on adult and geriatric patients. Working nights on a 12-hour shift, you'll handle a variety of cases including CHF, pneumonia, cellulitis, osteomyelitis, pancreatitis, post-amputation care, small bowel obstruction, atrial fibrillation, and cancer-related conditions. You'll monitor EKGs, manage drips like Cardizem, amiodarone, heparin, dopamine, and Lasix, and operate equipment such as telemetry monitors, IV pumps, pulse oximeters, and chest tubes. The environment requires flexibility with floating within the specialty and lower acuity areas, and some holiday shifts are necessary. This assignment offers a chance to experience a diverse patient population while working in a supportive team setting.
