Job Description:

Join our team as a Pediatric Ambulatory Care RN, where you'll be the vital link in managing outpatient pediatric patients with neurological and complex conditions such as epilepsy, cerebral palsy, movement disorders, neuromuscular issues, and autism. Your role involves triaging patient messages via phone and patient portal, and assessing, planning, implementing, and modifying individualized care plans throughout the healthcare journey. This position offers the chance to work in a specialized setting that focuses on chronic and complex pediatric cases, allowing you to apply your ambulatory care experience in a meaningful way. Be prepared for a schedule of four 10-hour days, providing a steady rhythm and a good work-life balance.
