Job Description:

Join a vibrant medical-surgical and progressive care unit in Lafayette, Indiana, where you'll work as a Registered Nurse in a mixed acuity environment specializing in oncology, stroke, cardiac, and pulmonary patients. This assignment offers the chance to manage a diverse case load, including unstable strokes, insulin drips, and cardiac medications like Cardizem and Amio, in a 194-bed short-term acute care hospital. The RN will take on shifts of 12 hours during days, with three or four shifts per week, giving you a balanced work schedule. The setting demands solid neuro experience, and you'll be working with Cerner charting in a friendly, supportive environment. You'll also enjoy the uniqueness of working in a facility that, despite state restrictions, allows IN travelers to contribute their expertise past the deadline, as long as you hold a current license. This role is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your skills in a dynamic hospital environment while enjoying the independence of Contract work, all while making a real difference in patient outcomes.
