Job Description:

Join a focused team of MedSurg/Tele registered nurses in Winston-Salem, where you'll be responsible for managing complex neuro diagnoses, including stroke, neurosurgery, epilepsy, and hematomas. This 13-week contract involves 12-hour night shifts, during which you'll interpret dysrhythmias, start IVs, and handle telemetry monitoring. The unit features a dedicated Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) and expects travelers to float to other MedSurg/Tele units, possibly including COVID care areas. Preparation and confidence in handling neuro patients are key to thriving here. Note: RTO after booking is not permitted, and any additional RTO may lead to contract cancellation or DNR.
