Job Description:

This ER Registered Nurse position offers the opportunity to work in a well-respected emergency department known for handling a diverse range of cases in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing adult and pediatric patients with complex conditions, including cardiac monitoring, emergency response, and IV therapy. The role involves night shifts, primarily 12-hour overnight rotations, with a focus on acute care procedures such as dysrhythmia management, ventilated patient care, and arterial line management. You'll experience a mix of routine and challenging cases, with the chance to apply your skills in a recognized Stroke and STEMI certified facility. Occasionally, you may be assigned to cover holiday shifts and act as a Charge RN, providing leadership and coordination in the ER. This assignment is a great fit for seasoned ER nurses seeking a change of scenery and the thrill of high-acuity emergency care.

Location: Overland Park, Kansas
Shift: 12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:00)
Duration: 13 weeks with approximately 36 hours per week, guaranteed 3 shifts per week
