Job Description:

This outpatient physical therapy role in Fort Morgan offers a hands-on experience treating patients with orthopedic concerns, post-surgical recoveries, and neuro conditions. You'll work primarily with outpatient ortho cases, including post-joint replacements, pain management, back issues, and post-falls, with some neuro cases and the opportunity to utilize a warm water therapy pool. The schedule runs four days a week, ten hours each day, from 8 am to 6 pm, with scheduled time for evaluations and documentation. The setting provides a chance to work closely with a dedicated team led by experienced supervisors, and you'll have the chance to develop your skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. A typical day involves guiding patients through therapy sessions and assisting with progress in a setting that balances patient focus with team support.
