Job Description:

You'll operate specialized mammography equipment, carefully position patients, and select optimal parameters to produce high-quality images. This role involves explaining procedures to patients, educating them on the importance of regular screening, and ensuring all images meet strict technical standards. You're the backbone of the imaging process, responsible for developing and evaluating film quality, adhering to radiation safety protocols, and maintaining all equipment in peak condition. The work environment requires critical thinking and decisive judgment, especially when working independently or under pressure. You'll help keep the department organized and prepared, always prioritizing safety and accuracy.
