Job Description:

Join our team for a weekend contract working 12-hour night shifts in Kearney, Nebraska. This role involves floating to Med Surg and ICU units as needed, with a focus on Post-Cath Lab patients and telemetry experience. You’ll be responsible for managing patient care in a busy 21-bed unit with a 1:4 staff ratio, ensuring smooth transitions and monitoring patients' status, especially those in PCU. If you enjoy a role that keeps you engaged with diverse clinical scenarios, this assignment offers a unique blend of responsibilities in a supportive environment. Certifications such as BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS are required to be prepared for a variety of patient needs, all while having the chance to experience a charming city with a vibrant community.
