Job Description:

This contract position places you in the heart of a high-acuity ICU setting focusing on cardiac surgery recovery, lung transplants, and complex procedures like ECMO and TAVR. You'll be responsible for managing critically ill patients with conditions such as IABP and CABG, performing bedside procedures including bronchoscopies, Swan-Ganz catheter placements, and epidurals. The role emphasizes advanced ICU skills, sterile technique, and the ability to adapt to float to various units, including Tele units and other ICUs. Expect a blend of procedural work and patient monitoring in a fast-paced environment, with a team that values your expertise and hands-on approach.
