Job Description:

Join a dedicated team providing outpatient or inpatient physical, occupational, or speech therapy services in Los Angeles. This role involves treating up to nine outpatients or thirteen inpatients daily, with exposure to diverse conditions such as neuro, ortho, trauma, and post-surgical cases. Responsibilities include conducting bedside and video swallowing studies for speech therapists, assisting with rehab activities alongside rehab aides, and managing patient progress within assigned areas. The position offers a chance to work in a facility that values flexibility, as shifts can vary and float across departments. With a focus on hands-on therapy and patient interaction, you’ll get to see the real difference your skills make in patients' recoveries. Expect a collaborative environment with a 1.5-day orientation tailored to your specific department, including Cerner EMR training. Experience with trauma cases, inpatient settings, and travel therapy is preferred, but your commitment and expertise are what truly matter.
