Job Description:

Join this IMCU travel assignment and experience the thrill of working in a fast-paced environment that specializes in neuro, cardiac, trauma, and respiratory issues. You'll be scheduled for 12-hour night shifts, caring for adult patients across a 64-bed unit with 15 designated neuro beds. Your role will involve managing complex cases like COPD, DKA, sepsis, MI, and CV stepdowns, often using specialty equipment such as temp pacers, chest tubes, and A lines. This assignment offers a unique chance to float as needed within the unit, providing a broad scope of ICU nursing skills while working with a dedicated team. If you enjoy a mix of challenge and camaraderie, this role could be the perfect fit. Please note, scrub color is navy blue, and familiarity with Epic EMR is required.
