Job Description:

Join a dedicated Telemetry unit in Hazard, Kentucky, where you'll be the essential RN managing all MS/TELE and observation patients during short-stay stays. This role involves working night shifts in 12-hour rotations, contributing to patient monitoring and care in a fast-paced environment. Expect a patient RN/PT ratio of approximately 1:6 or 1:7, with every other weekend required. The assignment offers a unique chance to experience the rhythm of a busy telemetry department, with scope for float within your practice area. Perfect for an RN with at least 2 years of recent Tele experience, holding AHA BLS & ACLS, NIH, and KY or compact license. Orientation sessions are held bi-weekly, and candidates must reside within 75 miles of Hazard to be considered. Prepare to load your assignment confirmation within 24 hours of acceptance, including a valid driver's license. This opportunity is ideal for those seeking a rewarding, short-term contract with a 13-week duration and a commitment of 48 hours per week.
