This role involves providing advanced nursing care during 12-hour night shifts, with a focus on infection control, fall prevention, and managing complex equipment like telemetry monitors, PCA pumps, and chest tubes. The assignment offers an engaging opportunity to work in a unit where you'll fine-tune your skills in dysrhythmia interpretation, port access, and IV therapy, while experiencing the fast pace of a dedicated oncology and telemetry environment. The unit’s small size fosters close collaboration with experienced staff, making it a unique place to enhance your expertise in oncology nursing and telemetry management.
