Job Description:

Join a prominent short-term acute care hospital in Memphis as a Medical Surgical LVN / LPN on a 12-hour night shift. This role requires Certified IV skills and recent experience in a Level I Trauma setting. You'll work in a 1:7 team nursing ratio, with additional support from PCCs and RNs, providing critical care in a fast-paced environment. This assignment offers the chance to sharpen your skills in a busy hospital while enjoying a manageable 36-hour work week. The position is not suitable for first-timers unless they have over three years of recent specialty experience, and all travelers must be in full compliance with NLC guidelines. Experience in large hospital settings and trauma care will help you succeed in this role.
