Job Description:

This assignment is tailored for Emergency Room RNs ready to step into a pivotal role supporting the unit during a crucial transition to Epic electronic medical records. The position involves working 12-hour day shifts, providing direct and indirect patient care in a fast-paced ER setting. You will identify patient needs quickly through assessment, triage accurately, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams. An engaging aspect of this role is the requirement for self-study and passing a basic dysrhythmia test prior to the assignment, ensuring preparedness for emergent situations.
