Job Description:

This obstetric unit offers an engaging experience for experienced OB nurses specializing in high-risk and routine prenatal care. You'll work in a state-of-the-art hospital with a dedicated neonatal/neonatology team and an in-house obstetric hospitalist. The shift is a 12-hour night, providing a quiet and focused environment where you'll manage a variety of OB cases, including antepartum patients, labor, delivery, and postpartum care. C-sections, cerclages, and tubal procedures are performed regularly, offering hands-on involvement in diverse obstetric interventions. Expect to follow the AWHONN patient ratios while collaborating with OB techs, charge nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure optimal care. This assignment is a perfect fit for a seasoned traveler with a minimum of two years' specialized experience, seeking a rewarding and fast-paced OB nursing role in a baby-friendly hospital that emphasizes holistic maternal care.
