Job Description:

Join a dedicated neuroscience unit where you'll manage patients recovering from strokes, spine surgeries, brain tumors, and head injuries. This role involves working on a 54-bed acute neuro medical-surgical floor with a focus on trauma experience and prior travel assignments. As an RN, you'll titrate heparin drips based on PTT levels, troubleshoot high-flow oxygen devices for stable COVID-19 patients, and collaborate with a skilled team including charge nurses, house supervisors, and patient care techs. The assignment offers 12-hour day shifts, every other weekend and holiday rotations, and the opportunity to float within the unit as needed. This is a hands-on role that will challenge your neuro-specific skills and provide a rewarding experience in a fast-paced environment.
