Job Description:

Join Arkansas Children’s Hospital as a critical care nurse on a 12-hour night shift in their busy PICU and IMCU units. You'll be caring for children with respiratory distress, trauma, post-op surgical needs, neuro conditions, and more, often managing complex cases such as ECMO and CRRT. This unique assignment offers the chance to work alongside dedicated residents, fellows, and attending physicians, providing an engaging environment where you can utilize your PICU experience. Float responsibilities will require flexibility across units, and you'll be supported by advanced practice providers and ancillary staff. Expect approximately 2-3 days of orientation and specialty testing, ensuring you're fully prepared to deliver exceptional care in this specialized setting. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of pediatric patients within a teaching hospital setting.
