Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of Registered Nurses working in a correctional healthcare environment where you'll be floating across Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units. This contract offers a unique chance to experience corrections healthcare while managing a diverse caseload that includes oncology, hematology, and other acute diagnoses. Your days will be filled with tasks such as monitoring patients with complex needs, managing IV therapies, interpreting telemetry readings, and supporting patients through various treatments—all within a secure, locked facility. The shift is a consistent 12-hour night schedule, providing a rhythm that helps you settle into a steady routine. EPIC charting and Pyxis medication systems are part of your daily workflow, so hands-on experience with these platforms is essential. No two nights are exactly the same, but you'll always be working in a fast-paced environment that challenges your clinical skills and attention to detail.
