Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract offers an engaging opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to work in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU). You will be responsible for starting and managing IVs, administering medications safely, monitoring vital signs and patient responses, and educating patients on treatments and self-care. Collaboration with the care team on patient plans and use of EPIC EMR for charting are essential parts of this role. The schedule features 12-hour day shifts on weekdays and some weekends, with the flexibility to float to lower acuity units as needed.
