Job Description:

Join our team as an ER Registered Nurse in Weston, Florida, where your expertise will be crucial during fast-paced, high-stakes emergency situations. This contract offers an opportunity to experience a busy ER environment, requiring at least two years of focused emergency room experience. You’ll be working 12-hour night shifts, providing essential patient assessments, administering treatments, and collaborating with a dedicated team. The role emphasizes efficiency, quick thinking, and attention to detail, with a nod to the rhythm of night shift life—think the quiet of late hours mixed with the energy of saving lives. Epic experience at a level 3 or 4 facility is required, and you'll need to be prepared to prioritize time-sensitive modules promptly upon arrival. If you’re comfortable with floating within your scope and meet all cert requirements—AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS prior to start—you’ll thrive here.
