Job Description:

Join a dedicated RN team as a Case Manager in a vibrant hospital setting that offers the opportunity to coordinate patient discharge planning and care transitions across multiple units. In this role, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, managing diverse cases across medical-surgical, LLOS, and emergency department areas. The assignment involves collaborating closely with hospital staff, navigating EPIC charting, and ensuring smooth patient journeys. The shift is structured as five 8-hour days, providing a balanced schedule. This position provides a chance to implement your acute care expertise while working in a hospital that serves a broad and varied patient population.

Job Specifics:

Location: Everett, Washington
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Day shift, Monday through Friday
Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, with guaranteed 72 hours every two weeks
This assignment requires acute care experience, discharge planning and care coordination skills, and a willingness to float between units including Colby and Pacific Campuses, less than 2 miles apart. RTO requests should be included at the time of application, and licensure must be current and pending licenses considered. The facility has a Level II Trauma designation with a total of 571 beds across both campuses. Scrub color is flexible, and EPIC charting is used for documentation. Parking is paid by the facility.
