Join the Peri-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) team at the renowned Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, Maryland, for an engaging 12-week contract. You'll step into a fast-paced environment where your ICU experience and skills in airway management, vasopressor titration, ventilated patient care, and blood product administration will truly shine. This unit isn't your average PACU—it's a hub for managing traumatic injuries, supporting multiple surgical services, and providing critical overflow care for the Trauma Resuscitation Unit. Expect to work alternating 12-hour shifts—day shifts and nights—sometimes straight nights, with hours from 07:00 to 19:00 or 19:30 to 07:30. Holidays, weekends, and on-call duties are part of the package, offering a comprehensive experience in a trauma-centric setting that demands clinical flexibility and expert judgment.
