Job Description:

Join us as a Step Down Registered Nurse in Dayton, where you'll provide specialized care to patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring. This role involves managing stable chronic ventilators and responding to a targeted patient ratio of 1:4, with flexibility up to 1:5-6. You'll be working 36 to 48 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime after 48 hours. The position emphasizes strong experience with EPIC and stable ventilators, along with certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and NIH. Previous travel experience is preferred, and you'll be expected to float to various units within Premier's facilities, including Dayton main campus, Centerville south campus, and Englewood north campus. This assignment offers an engaging environment where your expertise helps maintain smooth patient flow in a fast-paced setting. Prepare to work every other weekend and holiday, with some shifts subject to cancellation based on census. An initial RTO request is required; approval is at management’s discretion.
