Job Description:

Join a dedicated Pediatric ICU team in Charlotte for a 20-week contract where you’ll focus on managing high-acuity cases in a fast-paced, level 1 trauma setting. This role demands at least 2 years of pediatric ICU experience and offers the chance to work with complex patient diagnoses such as respiratory issues, trauma, seizures, and transplants. Your skills with EPIC, invasive lines, ventilators, and critical care equipment will shine here. You'll be part of a collaborative environment with support staff available around the clock, including charge nurses, resource nurses, and intensivists. This assignment also provides the opportunity to float to related units like CVICU and NICU, expanding your experience in pediatric critical care.
